- BOARD MEETING: The next Village Board of Trustees' meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, December 10th at 6:00 pm at the Clayville Firehouse.
- VILLAGE WATER: There are no issues with Village water at this time.
- PUBLIC NOTICE:To prevent further spreading of COVID-19, the Village of Clayville Clerk’s Office will be closed to protect the health and well-being of our employees, as well as our residents. If you need assistance during this time, please call me at (315) 839-6222, as I will continue to work from home. If I am unavailable, please contact our Village Mayor at (315) 327-5843. If you would like to make a payment on your water bill and/or Village tax bill after office hours, please use the drop box located on the garage door. If you require a receipt, please include your entire bill and I will mail you the top portion marked "paid".
- PUBLIC NOTICE: We, the Board of Trustees, would like to let you all know that Scott Barron (our Highway Superintendent) has accepted another job opportunity and his last day was November 29, 2020. Although we will miss him, we would like to congratulate him on this new endeavor. We will all remember the hard work and dedication that Scott brought to this Village. We are currently interviewing candidates to fill Scott’s position as quickly as possible.
